Okay I obviously have too much time on my hands somedays so here goes, why is fish called brain food? Lets not get into the whole omega fatty acid stuff but lets really think about this. If they were so smart why would they end up on a hook? Only to then be at the mercy of the fisherman who may or may not release them or who may say damn he would look mighty fine next to a side of hush puppies. Just another random thought.

Brain food? I haven't heard that before. But my goldfish is very brainy.
Isn't it something to do with the eating of the fish? If you eat fish it stimulates the brain, perhaps.
